Reservation Price Estimate prior to service is only an initial estimate of the cost of services reserved. Discretionary Gratuities, Tolls, Stops, Waiting Time (when applicable), Parking, and Other Service Fees are not included. Rates are subject to change without notice.
Customers are billed from the time the vehicle arrives at the pickup location to the drop of time.. The minimum number of billable hours appears in the Reservation Price Estimate, however does not always reflect the exact number of billable hours.
Most Car service companies will charge you a minimum of thirty minutes travel time each way plus the time the passenger is in the vehicle. Fractions of an hour are rounded to next half-hour increment.
Car Fore One do not charge for travel time each way!!!
Waiting Time(at the airports):
Car Force One monitors all commercial airline arrivals.
Most Car service companies will give you
A 30-minute grace period on all domestic arrivals and 60 minutes on all international arrivals. After the grace period,
waiting time charges will apply. Waiting time charges are accrued in 30-minute increments, based on the vehicle’s hourly rate.
Car Fore One do not charge for waiting time at the airports!!!
Most Car service companies will charge you for extra stops.
An extra stop during point-to-point travel will be charged the base fare rate plus the hourly charge for the vehicle in fifteen minute increments for the time that the driver waits. If there is more than one stop or if the one stop lasts more than an hour then the trip will convert to an hourly charge.
Car Fore One do not charge for extra stops (if the stops are short and on the way)!!!
Most Car service companies require 48 hours advance notice. If passenger fails to cancel reservation at least 48 hours before pickup time the full base fare will be billed.
Car Fore One do not charge cancellations fees!!!
If you experience difficulty locating the driver, please call 646-220-2020. Leaving the pick-up location without notifying Car Force One will result in a no-show charge.
Car Force One is not responsible for services delayed or not rendered due to weather or other circumstances beyond its
Processing Fee is a surcharge based upon various overhead expense items.
Car Fore One do not charge any processing or hidden fees!!!
Child Safety Seats:
Car Force One can provide Child Safety Seats upon request. HOWEVER, IT IS THE CUSTOMERS RESPONSIBILITY TO INSTALL THE CHILD SAFETY OR BOOSTER SEATS. THE DECISION TO USE CHILD SAFETY OR BOOSTER SEATS PROVIDED BY CAR FORCE ONE IS AT YOUR SOLE RISK.
CAR FORCE ONE DON’T MAKE ANY WARRANTIES OR REPRESENTATIONS AS TO THE QUALITY, SAFETY, SECURITY, RELIABILITY OR TIMELINESS OF ANY RIDE OR TRIPS YOU MAY TAKE OR TRANSPORTATION YOU MAY USE, AND ASSUMES NO LIABILITY OR RESPONSIBILITY THEREFORE.
Lost or Misplaced Items:
Please note that Car Force One assumes no liability for any lost or misplaced personal property or any other items left in any vehicle.
